If Zero isn’t the right fit for you, simply contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate a return and request a refund under the Money-Back Guarantee. This applies to qualifying orders up to Rp 300.000,- in value. For all approved refunds, a standard Rp 70.000,- shipping and handling fee will be deducted.
